Policies
- Setup window
- Within 24 hours of payment on business days.
- Billing
- Monthly or yearly, paid in advance. One currency per invoice: USD via PayPal, IDR via Xendit.
- Renewal
- A renewal invoice is issued 7 days before the term ends. Reminders go out 3 days and 1 day before the due date, and on the due date.
- Grace and suspension
- An unpaid renewal keeps the server running for 3 days after the due date. After that we suspend it. Suspension is done by a person and reversed after payment.
- Deletion
- Never automatic. A server is removed only when you cancel it or ask us to, and you are told before it happens.
- Refunds
- Full refund if the order is cancelled before setup or if we cannot set it up in the chosen location. No refund once the server is active.
- Data
- Reinstalls wipe the server. Backups are taken on request. We do not read your data.
