What we store
Your name, email, orders, invoices, payment references from the payment provider, server details, and a log of who revealed a server credential and when. We never store card or bank details.
Why
To run your servers, bill you, and answer requests. Legal basis: the contract with you and Indonesian tax law for invoices.
Who sees it
PT AKS Kreatif Group staff. Payment providers (PayPal, Xendit) see what they need to process the payment. The upstream cloud provider sees the server, not your account.
How long
Invoices for 10 years as required by tax law. Account data until you delete the account, which is possible once no server is active and no invoice is open.
Transactional email only: verification, invoices, reminders, server updates. From [email protected]. No marketing lists.

Ask [email protected] for a copy, a correction, or deletion within the limits above.
