Terms of service
1. Parties
The service is provided by PT AKS Kreatif Group, Badung, Bali, Indonesia ("we"). You are the account holder who orders a server.
2. Service
We provision and manage virtual servers on upstream cloud providers on your behalf. You receive root access and are responsible for what runs on the server.
3. Payment
Terms are paid in advance. Prices are shown before payment and do not change during a paid term. Renewals follow the Policies page.
4. Suspension and termination
Unpaid renewals lead to suspension after 3 days of grace, never to automatic deletion. We may terminate for abuse, illegal content, or attacks on others, with notice where the law allows.
5. Acceptable use
No spam, malware distribution, attacks, cryptomining that violates the provider terms, or content illegal in Indonesia or the server location.
6. Liability
We are not liable for data loss on the server. Keep your own backups or request ours. Our liability is capped at the fees paid for the current term.
7. Changes
We may change these terms with 30 days notice by email.
8. Law
Indonesian law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Badung, Bali.
